EMET

The task involves developing an IMPK programme in the field of telecommunications and electrical engineering, taking into account legal, regulatory and procedural aspects in Poland, Romania and Spain. The programme will be prepared in the form of a syllabus defining learning outcomes, programme content, methods of online and on-site delivery, assessment methods and participants’ workload (60 hours online and 40 hours during EMET Week). The programme development will be carried out in consultation with lecturers from partner universities.

The task involves the participation of project staff in specialized courses and training sessions covering construction law and investment process procedures. Three training courses are planned within the project: “Construction Law and the Investment Process for Practitioners”, “A Practical Guide to Construction Investments: Construction Law, Public Procurement for Construction Works and FIDIC”, and “Construction Law: Implementation of the Investment Process in Compliance with Applicable Regulations”. Three members of the evaluation committee will also participate in the training sessions. Participants will gain practical knowledge through lectures, exercises, and consultations conducted by experts.
